Iron Girl Project is dedicated to honoring the memory of Alexea "Lex" Karpinski by supporting high school student athletes through the annual Alexea G. Karpinski Memorial Scholarship. Our mission is to inspire student athletes to create a lasting impact that positively influences their teammates, families, and communities. We recognize and reward those who embody Lex's spirit of grit, tenacity, and humility both on and off the field. These leaders strive to make themselves and others better every day, continuing Lex's tradition of excellence and compassion.
